| Mid-Atlantic Italian Greyhound Club Designated Specialty June 27, 2008 Bel Alton, MD | (Editor: Results are unofficial, and from my marked catalog! Thanks to Marsha Pugh for Obed/Rally results!) This was a LOVELY event - ring was indoors, the mood was cordial, and the food afterwards was fantastic! Whoever made the salad including quinoa and cilantro is to be commended! There were plenty of puppy-antics in the ring, the Rescue Parade was heartwarming, and I don't think anyone minded the sudden and short-lived downpour that cut the heat (but only a tad!). The trophies were lovely, and afterwards there were baskets for silent auction. Kudos to this club for putting on such a great event! Mark your calendars to attend this show next year! followed by 3 days of Majors in both sexes! |
