This includes trademarks and service marks. This is the same as when you submit an ad to a print magazine. The IG reserves the right to remove any advertisement which we may conclude infringes upon copyright, trademark, service mark, and/or the rights of any third parties. No refund for ads removed for infringement will be given. That you agree to hold harmless The IG for any errors in advertising, and that you agree to notify The IG of any errors, so that any errors may be corrected. Your only remedy for errors is that we will fix errors. That you hold harmless The IG, from any liability, loss, damage, or cost, including attorney fees, which may arise out of any claims by third parties of infringement of rights. We reserve the right to refuse any advertising, for any reason, including but not limited to, individuals who sell dogs to brokers or pet stores.
